How do you track cost & keywords for Bing / Adwords?
Hey guys ,
I'm using Voluum as my tracker. Is there a way to set it up, so it tracks my ad spent?
Also, my other question, is there a way to setup tracking to see which keyword brought the conversion?
My current offer flow: Ad > Landing Page > Direct to advertiser (no way to setup postback)
Thank you

I used to use Voluum, but haven't in a while as I've moved on to CPVLab. What you'll need to do is make sure Voluum is setup to track all of the tracking tokens available through Bing and Adwords. One that part is done, you'll setup the campaign to track those tokens. Your final URL will contains something like http://domain/lp?keyword={keyword}. The {keyword} parameter is for dynamic insertion of the keyword used when someone clicks on your ad. As for tracking ad spend, when I used Voluum, it was manual, but very easy. You go into the campaign for a certain date, and there is an option there to set the spend for that date. Enter the spend and Voluum will update your avg CPC for that date.

Awesome! Thank you!!! I'll try to use that token for the LP. Why did you move onto CPVLabs? I usually see people switch from CPVLabs to Voluum

If all else fails, Microsoft excel with vlookup or index match functions will be your best friends to match up costing data. Just make sure you name campaigns in conjunction within tracker to traffic network
