Hi,
So on TJ, let's say I have several placements where I am running my banners. I am testing different adult niches, and so far I have created 1 main campaign. In that campaign I put all these banners and for banner link I am also sending variable niche, (for example niche=niche1, niche=niche2 etc) and then in
or is it better to create separate campaign per niche and run it 3/24 and bid all these campaigns the same, so that the traffic would be split evenly. Since this is fixed CPM bidding, if I bid the same on all campaigns, I shouldn't be competing with myself..... I already have some data with more than a month of testing for best banners.
or is it better do go even deeper and create 1 campaign per niche per placement? This would require some more work, but I guess it would be the most accurate since I can set different freq caps per placement?
Any help from TJ masters would be appreaciated.
Thanks in advance!
Hey Forgamon, I recommend having separate campaigns per placement (unless the sources are really small like keezmovies etc.) This way you might have more campaigns to look at but it will be easier to optimize them both on the TJ interface and in Voluume. Would stick to the 3/24 capping unless something really works crazy, so you can afford to buy a lot of impressions from the same user. I would take the best performer niche and do the following:
Would work on funnels banner A and B with middle lander A/B and niche 1 on NTVA. Same set up with a different niche on NTVB these spots on Redtube youporn and pornhub are very similar so you could test two niche in a similar environment. Maybe this would be more work but would most likely have a better outcome. Good luck!
Hey Forgamon, add me on Skype aniket_sharma2
I would split the campaigns by niches, in case the niches are different enough.
Making separate campaigns for blondes VS brunettes is nonsense, but fetish VS glamour is something different. In case you are talking about offer niches, like dating VS penis enlargement ... definitely split them without a question.
