Installed Prosper but wrong username/password?

Hey guys, just got a VPS with webair and I've been trying to figure this out for hours.

I've installed prosper but not matter what when I enter my username/password it says it's wrong.

I've tried deleting/reinstalling and everything. Can't figure it out.

Anyone ever had this problem?

Had the same kind of problem with the new fresh install of the new prosper 7.2. Beyond Hosting told me it was something to do with the permission files. Anyway They fixed it. I logged in, changed my password. Good to go.

I'd highly recommend you get with Beyond Hosting VPS. Their support is amazing, quick and they are very knowledgable about prosper202 and cpvlab installs and the technical side of things. Mad props to the team @ Beyond Hosting.

Its something with webair, now I've realized, people in this thread were having the same problem http://www.wickedfire.com/hosting-do...-any-good.html.

Second time webair wasted my time in 2 days, first by billing me 7x to much and now I cant even install prosper, and its not like ive never installed prosper before. I've installed it plenty of times before and its always a <15 minute endeavour.

Jesus Christ, I dont even care about the 89 dollars, I'm just mad that so much time was wasted, this really set me back.

Also what kind of company doesn't let you cancel your plan from the cpanel? They make you call or email... wtf.

I'm getting pissed off, my experience has been shit. You know I went with them because they're a lil more pricey to avoid these exact situations and look whats happening.

I don't know of any company that has a cancel button inside cPanel.. Ours is inside the "my services" section on our customer portal. It's 2 clicks.

Haha you know what I meant by "cpanel" aka not being required to call and email them to cancel being billed.

Well I went hella bitch mode and a technician installed it. Apparently the problem was that install was taking 3gigs of ram for a few seconds and my vps only has 1 gig.

Prosper is incapable of taking 3gb of ram. The installation inserts a few simple rows to the database and creates the table structure.

Pretty crazy how much pain your going through to get Prosper installed.

I signed up with Beyond hosting I was up and running within an hour or two maybe less. . .
