2017? First Campaign Year! (4)
Hello guys!
First of all: I wish you all a great 2017!! 
We are two market research professionals (with 5 to 7 years of experience), based in Milan, who are trying to get started in this amazing AM world, starting from zero! We DO really appreciate all the work you do here with all the guides, follow alongs, tips, .. absolutely worth more than 99$/month!!
We want to start our first campaigns within 10 days and in order to do that we would like to have some help/confirmation from you guys.
What we understood is that for newbies will work better:
- GEOs: tier 3 ctrs, we thought that LATAM ctrs will work fine for us: many different countries speaking Spanish, we have to check whether there is enough traffic.
- VERTICALS: we planned to operate with mobile traffic, then we are evaluating offers in Sweeps and App Install, considering that they usually have a lower payout and for newbies is better.
- Approach: we red all the Mobile Cookbook issues. We are not sure yet if dive with the main course or just take one step at the time and start with the appetizer.
Considering this background, we wanted to ask you:
1) Are our assumptions correct?
2) Even if STM do not sponsors any traffic source or ad network, could you suggest us (as single users, not STM representatives) some portals that could work better for us, considering our background?
3) We join the AM world one month ago (and we want really bad to achieve our goals in this world, no matter what it takes) and we do not have a structure (in terms of company, company domain etc): will it be harder for us, signing in as individuals, to get accepted by networks? Which are more “individual friendly”?
4) How long does a profitable campaign, with the condition above, usually last? Days, weeks or months?

About your questions:
1) I recommend to start with POP traffic and AV Pins, Sweepstakes. Work with install is not very easy now. There are few good offers now, especially for newbies. If we talk about countries, for AV I recommend to try Tier 2 countries (EU, Asia, LATAM is hard now) and for Sweeps you can grab SOI offers for tier 1-2 countries. It's the best way now 
2) You can try Popads, Popcash, Clickadu, Propellerads, WWWPromoter. Networks: Clickdealer, Adsimilis, YepAds. All of them are good for start.
3) You can work as an individual person with ALL networks. That's not a problem. I have a company, but I work as an individual 
4) That's no an average numbers. Depends on many parameters. Usually it can be profitable for month.

No no no. You need a tracker and LPs. Don't run nothing directly using POP traffic and without tracker.
