Restrictions for offer

Good day,

I check restrictions for the offer: Restriction: Prelander & pop-out are strictly not allowed. - Publishers’ material need to be send for our approval prior launching.

Is that mean that I can't use my own/stolen landing pages for popups? As I see few different lp's in Adplexity for the offer with this restrictions.

Did you copy this from the offer page?

Cause Im not sure what they mean by a "pop-out", maybe an exit popup on a landing page that they don't allow too? You will need to check with your AM as its not written in a clear way at all.

This can also be some default setup that the network just didn't bother editing ... definitely check with the AM.

As for the fact that you see those LPs in adplexity even tho they seem to not allow them - well, people love to break all kinds of rules

I would suggest asking your AM directly to see how strict the advertiser is about landers. Many offers have strict rules in the offer description, but when you ask your AM they may tell you that you can run any way you want, and that no approval is required. So always ask your AM for the "real" requirements.

As for using ripped landers: You can either use them as-is or with modifications to comply with the advertiser's requirements. It really depends on what the advertiser will allow.

Regarding other people running against the rules: Lots of people will do that, and some of them are cloaking. It all depends on the risk you're willing to take, and how confident you are in your cloaking method.

The best balance I know, would be to ask AMs to recommend offers that don't require lander approval, and allow aggressive landers. That way you can be competitive without breaking rules. But of course you'd still need to be mindful of rules at the traffic source.

I understand it as you cant use a prelander that has an exit pop.

Having your own/stolen LPs used is possible, you just need to get them approved by your network (as stated, can be something very simple).

But you better make sure with your AM as he/she knows exactly what the restrictions are and here we can only estimate.
