I have seen prize spinning wheels on a lot of spinning wheels lately, and I think it's a very cool touch for landing pages.

If you're just starting out, get an account on Adplexity and rip a bunch of spinning wheel landers that are already programmed.
It's worth what you pay for the time you save and use on other tasks.
