For pins, you need carrier traffic and the only adult source with proper carrier targeting and large volumes is exoclick. So start there.
Then you can try those like zeropark, popads, popcash ... all have some adult traffic too.
There are also sources like clickadu who specialize in adult pops.

Hey!
I can also recommend to try Plugrush. I have a lot of green camps there.

As matuloo mentioned, exoclick has lots of pop carrier. Had several x,xxx/day pop pin camps there.
Here's the but: The lead quality sucks, so make your money before you get kicked of the offer. It's just a matter of time. Lol
Popads adult is really good as well. Just the carrier traffic is way to expensive in most GEOs. But you might get lucky. Or you can be smart and buy bulk and send the wifi to a monetizer. This way you can get some carrier for cheapo.

This is interesting, I never lost an offer by using exoclick's carrier traffic - I'm talking about carrier billing offers thou (PINs), with SOI leadgen it happens all the time for example

I have tried my pin submit offer geo-target Thailand using exo carrier pop but it won't green at all. I am testing traffic premium traffic, using smart bid $5.0. The result are pretty bad. Any thing I miss out or I should take note?

I just checked the bids, you don't need to bid that high for some carriers in TH. Try to start lower and see if you can get any volume flowing. Those bidding high have already blocked the bad placements and have a good funnel.
What are you promoting? Some smartlink or a genuine offer? Are you running with a LP or directlinked?
The campaign won't get green just like that, you need to test a lot of stuff - multiple landers VS directlink, many offers or smartlinks from several networks ...

@TakisEro - just for clarity here, are you saying that EroAdvertising also offers carrier-only traffic?

I know for a fact that ero offers carrier targeting, but the volumes are nothing compared to exoclick for example.

I promoting 1 click flow pin submit offer for carrier AIS and DTAC. The offers are from
Mobidea and Avazu. I try direct and with landers
Initially, I launch my first campaign at exo with carrier targeting. It's seem pretty hard to convert. So, I try to search solution by read more post.
At the end, I did quite of few mistake when come to optimization. I should test campaign's bid price with 2 or 3 different bid price. While, I cut site/placement based on total spend more than payoutx1.5, instead I should use spreadsheet to cut placement/sites. And I should try more verticals.
By the way, I want to ask about cloaking. How cloaking perform? Eg. I am using
Voluum, I set rule at campaign, if carrier not AIS/DTAC, it will direct to monetizer offer. Is this call cloaking? or other else?

Exo is a huge source, with a ton of excellent but also poor placements. Your first goal is to get rid of the bad ones and target the good ones. Even when working with their premium placements, not all of them are worth it, especially with carrier mobile traffic. The same goes for the banner sizes if you ever decide to use banners - headers work way better than footers for example. Based on my experience, I was getting better results with banner traffic than with pops, they don't have all that many publishers for pops actually.
When it comes to bidding, try to start low and find your way up... until you get solid volume. You don't want to be the top bidder, I had best results around 2nd or 3rd place. Try to bid 20-30% below the top bid... and always use smartCPM.
I would also suggest to split test direct VS LP, in some cases direct will work better, especially when you have bad LPs. And definitely test the smartlinks too and also give Kimia a try.
Sending out-of-targeting traffic to monetizer is not really cloaking. People cloak to push prohibited LPs or offers, so they show one thing to the reviewers and some aggressive shit to the real surfers. For this, you need a dedicated cloaking solution and even then you are still at risk of being caught and banned ... so proceed with caution.

Thanks for the mention! Indeed here is some advice on smartlinks and how they work: http://mindtheroi.com/2016/12/12/power-by-smart-links/

Heres a tip if you are planning on sending Exo or other premium traffic to a smartlink - be aware that the smartlink will likely contain landing pages and/or offers that Exo doesn't approve of (such as JS alerts, antivirus, backloops, and other aggressive tactics), so you risk being caught and having your account disabled or banned. This applies even if you are running a legit offer and sending out of target traffic to a smartlink. Don't wanna get your account banned for something you didn't know about!
Some smartlinks let you disable things such as backloops or JS alerts, so for exo you would want to do that. Networks like popcash and plugrush you can run the aggressive shit.

True, smartlink networks have aggressive offers in rotation, so its advised to proceed with caution and check with the AM, in some cases its possible to choose a "milder" version.
Fallback redirects are a problem too, I got suspended from several sources because of them lately, here is a blog post I wrote a few days ago in case anyone want to understand the topic more in depth :

I recommend TrafficStars for adult pops. They have high volume of premium adult traffic (sites such as xhamster; imagefap; sex.com; justporno.tv) and all targeting options one could want. Have run very profitable PIN campaigns with them.
One thing to keep in mind when running mobile RON you will still get tons of traffic from xhamster desktop layout, which hasn't converted well on mobile offers for me. So you might want to blacklist that.
