Several important questions for FB (running whitehat eCom)

Hey folks,

it's a being a while and I need some help here.

Running ads for my own t-shirt shop with qwaya...

And here we go:

1) Qwaya allows me to split all targeting options in different ad groups (age / desktop or mobile / interests etc). My problem is, that I end up sometimes on having 30+ ad groups for a fresh campaign which I don't even know if it has potential or not... Each ad group has a daily budget of $15.... so it's just badass much "test" cash... How can I optimise this process? On what should I concentrate first?

2) The next problem with fresh campaigns is that the first day is 90% of the time total shit. So facebook tries to spend all the budget but no conversions are coming in. The second day is always "the good one". Already tried to create fresh campaigns with launch time at midnight, but didn't help really. Any way there to optimise this step? (I'm running only news feed... do you think that I'll get more valuable traffic on right feed placement?)

3) Scaling... So I've read already a lot of threads here about scaling on Facebook... Everyone has his own theory about that. What's actually the best way to scale from $15 to $200 or more?

4) Retargeting... When you create your custom audience with the visitors from your page... and you create a campaign with that custom audience... Will it auto add the new users which came in after the campaign creation? (Because most of the time you running your regular campaign and additional the retargeting one... I'm wondering if I will need to create every 3 - 4 th day again a retargeting campaign to have the latest users included in the list?)

You would help me a lot by answering one of this questions. Thanks a lot in forward!
