I have digitalocean droplet in Frankfurt.
Tracker and all landing pages are also on this one.
Im using Cloudflare CDN.
At the moment i want to try some new GEO's , like MY, VE for example.
Do i need another droplet in Singapore or it doesn't matter cause of Cloudflare?
And if i need new droplet - is it OK that tracker is in Frankfurt, but landing pages in Singapore?

If you're using a CDN, you won't need to worry about which country you're targeting as far as lander speed is concerned, as the lander will be loaded from the datacenter that's closest to your target geo.
Your tracker, however, is another thing altogether. Are you using a cloud-based tracker or a self-hosted one?
If cloud-based, then you don't need to worry about a thing.
If self-hosted, then targeting a geo that's far away from where your tracker is hosted, will result in slower redirection speeds. By how much exactly? I have no idea. But if that's a concern, you can set up a tracker at your target geo and compare results.
