I'm just starting to work with Facebook and I have a few questions:
1)I pay Facebook advertising credit cards. Please tell me if I got banned and I have a debt to the FB = $ 500 I can not paid it? and what I might be a problem if I refuse to pay?
2)I have the ability to have multiple advertising accounts. From different people. On these accounts tied their personal credit cards. if one of the accounts I will be banned
. What should be changed in the following account to not get ban

3) How to make the cloaking on facebook.

You're barking up the wrong tree mate.
This basically reads:
- I am new to this all but want to run blackhat ads on FB
- I want to defraud Facebook. Plz advise.
- I am going to get all of my friends accounts banned. Please tell me everything I need to do to not get banned.
- Please teach me how to cloak
- Tell me what creatives to use
You're not going to get anything useful from this approach to learning Facebook nor from asking these kinds of questions.

Zuckerberg has a point here.. and if you don't pay him ofcourse he is going to ban your account.
Take time to study up, read through this forum and decide if running FB traffic is for you, especially blackhat.
If you feel you're up for it and have some starting budget, post a detailed follow along to get generous help.
