Voluum: limit of active items error

Excuse my impatience but I want to make a campaign live now so while I await a response from Voluum support, has anyone seen this error when trying to create a new campaign in Voluum:


"You have reached the limit of active items, please contact administrator if you want to create more."


Is there a fix I can perform my end, or will I just have to sit tight and wait for support to come back to me?

Wow, well in less than 15 minutes Voluum support got in touch to say they have lifted limits - thanks for a great prompt service

BTW if you're in the same position, it was a limit on campaigns in Voluum, so archiving off an old unwanted campaign is a quick fix.

Glad the issue got resolved so quickly! Archiving old camps and asking for the limit to be lifted are both great tips.

It's so much easier to archive camps in bulk now - it used to be that you could only archive camps one at a time. Doing that for 50 camps would take something like 20 minutes. Not fun.

Hi torzak,

The active item limit is a default set for the amount of components which can be created within your Voluum account - i.e. for campaigns, landers, offers, traffic sources etc.
Once the default item limit is reached, it can be raised promptly by contacting a member of our support team.
