I really need your suggestions regarding my Facebook campaign.
Right now I'm running with a campaign with 3 adsets and each adset has 1 ad.
The relevance scores goes from 9 to 10, the budget of each adset is set to $120.
I'm getting very low CTR on my landing page, however the average visitor on my site is around 80 seconds.
In addition to that I'm getting very high negative comments on my ads.
Can anybody suggest what I can do and how I can improve my campaigns?
check the loading time and exit time of your LP that should give you better understanding of the "Real" time the user spends on the LP.
try and change the banners Text and images.
and it would be more helpful if you can share some screenshots of the campaign that way more Stackers can help and suggest you.
negative comments can be related to a lot of things, without seeing your ads its impossible to give any suggestions on how to fix it.

Like Guy suggested, share some things on what your ads look like,copy etc. since there are so many variables.
Does every ad-set have the same targeting? Try some different things in that area to see what changes.
Make an ad-set for every target selection/audience so you can track with the 'tags' and your tracker how they are performing in case you're not doing this.
Try to add more click-out links, but very subtle ofcourse. Also, make in general more spaces clickable and try more/new/more agressive call to actions!
