How to deal with Sitescout's no rotator policy

So it turns that sitescout's creative policy effectively prohibits split testing variations of a landing page within a tracker or testing multiple offers via direct linking.

1.) Your creatives landing URL redirects to the same landing page in all geographic locations.
2.) Your creatives link to the same landing page domain.
3.) Your creatives click through to the same destination URL every time, and does not rotate brands.

If I'm reading this correctly to be 100% compliant you'd have to upload a fresh set of creatives linking to a different campaign url for every landing page variation or offer. What you link to after your landing page doesn't matter so you can rotate on LP exit. Not to put to fine a point on it but this is a massive pain the arse.

Short of cloaking are there any ways around this? Or am I reading this as more restrictive than it really is? For example can you get away with variations by using dynamic pages? e.g.
http://lander.com/mypage?version=1
http://lander.com/mypage?version=2

likely cloaking forced this policy change in the first place

"..but i was just rotating the lander testing.. honest guv.."

using dynamic variables is a likely loophole but the policy seems to be aimed at controlling the whole funnel rather than just the ad destination. expect it to close in the near future if thats the objective.

did you ask sitescout for clarification?
