Running affiliate marketing with Adwords (4)

i noticed that not much sharing on running cpa marketing
with adwords,
anyone here doing that successfully? (white hat)
if yes, please do share 
I second this, I've been reading kinda old campaigns and follow along.
The reason is that many people here promote offers that adwords doesn't allow - gambling, adult offers ... but that doesn't mean none of our users utilize adwords traffic, quite the contrary actually. If you have questions, ask away

Okay, basically I'm not trying to run any black hat.
Is that possible to run cpa with Adwords? For example, lead gens, gaming etc..
