conversions are not showing on voluum+other issue !!

hey guys,
i have a campaign setup on Voluum with three offers from 3 different networks
i started my campaign using the popads as a traffic source then i got my first 4 conversions from peerfly offer (finally i did it )
but the conversions are not showing on Voluum on it's side!!?

my 2nd questions is this:
i built another 2 campaigns one using facebook as a traffic source and the other one using bingads.
the problem with them is this:
for facebook: there is no results in reach and clicks on facebook ads interface but voluum is giving me that i got some clicks with cost!!!
for bingads:i got some impressions without any clicks and on voluum it's showing that i got some clicks with cost!!

wish you help me fixing these issues guys before i go and start to build my first green campaign as i don't want to start anything now until i make sure everything related to tracking is correct and i set everything up correctly !

regards

1) Have you passed the postback link that Voluum gives you back to the offer at Peerfly? And if you have done this, have you added the Peerfly specific subid token at the end of that link? For instance on CAKE platforms the subid is passed at the end of the postback link of your tracker to the network with the #s2# token.
Example: http://yourtrackingdomain.com/tracki...&flux_hid=#s2#
That way, Peerfly knows what subid to fire back at your tracker as a conversion.

2) Probably bot clicks. On Facebook, at the VERY moment you enter a link in a PEditor ad, b4 even you upload the ad, the link is travelled through from bots checking its redirection + final destination. Confirm by looking into Voluum campaign reports- you should see clicks from countries like USA, Singapore, Ireland etc. and ISPs like Facebook, Amazon, Digital Ocean, even if your traffic should be Malaysian only. These are all bots.
Either ignore those initial costs, or filter out if Voluum lets you to do, or assign zero cost initially to the campaign clicks and update after your ads get approved.

Congrats on those conversions!
It's important you have Voluum set up correctly first so you can track properly and make the right decisions, not waist money.
Charles Ngo has a pretty comprehensive guide so you can double check everything. https://charlesngo.com/voluum-campaign-setup/
And you can upload those 4 conversion in to voluum btw.

You most likely didn't do this right. Can you show us the postback urls you gave to your affiliate managers with the networks you are using? And did you ask them to set them up as global postbacks?

Could you post the offer link as well?
especially the part that come after the domain, for instance
axe.com/aff_c?offer_id=19078&aff_id=91869&aff_sub={clickid }&aff_sub2={device}&aff_sub3={os}&aff_sub4{browser }&aff_sub5={trafficsource.name}

In this case my postback would look something like this : voluumtrk2.com/postback?cid={aff_sub}&payout={payout}&txid={trans action_id}

In this scenario aff_sub (hasoffers) corresponds with cid in the postback
Making your postback: http://qfsm5.voluumtrk.com/postback?cid={aff_sub}
Assuming the network tracks with Hasoffers! if it's CAKE let us know.

Just double check that, I think it's not set up correctly yet. And did you place the pixel or the AM, and has it been approved?

sorry but i still have a question,
can you tell me how to upload the conversions manually because i tried to research it but i can't find it. also how i can reset the campaign for zero clicks !??

Ok Yacoubh, I'm trying to make sense of your problem.

- to clarify, Did you or an affiliate manager at Peerfly place the postback that you found in the 'affiliate network' tab on the Peerfly tracking platform?
- The problem you have with the offer re-directing, i would bring up with your affiliate manager. But before you do, double check you're not making a mistake yourself when building the campaign in Voluum etc. If your offer url takes you to the right place, but the campaign url doesn't, you have made a mistake.
- You upload the click-id in the conversion upload area that you can find within Voluum under settings. You can find that ID within the tracking platform (hasoffers,cake etc.) of the affiliate network.
Hope that helps

You placed a million parameters in the url but forgot the most important one when it comes to tracking, the clickID. I see subid1 in your postback URL, did peerfly tell you to use that one? 1st subid is usually reserved for something else.

One way or another, you also need this in your campaign link : &subid1={clickid}

Double check with your peerfly AM, whether you can use "subid1", and make changes if needed - do not forget to modify this also in the potback url in case you make changes.

NOTE: you have the bid parameter twice in the url, and it's absolutely not needed to pass that many parameters anyways, quality, category, country, campaignnamne ... toss it all and keep just the clickID and some parameter that will help you to identify the sources, in case you want to optimize by that too.

Hi yacoubh,

This postback URL:
http://qfsm5.voluumtrk.com/postback?...p=%commission%
is exactly what you need to place at PeerFly end.

Please note that tokens used in a postback URL normally have to correspond to the parameter used in the offer URL. So, in order to make tracking work, you need to configure your PeerFly offer by appending the subid1={clickid} to the offer URL. This is how the exemplary offer URL may look like:

http://yourofferurl.com?subid1={clickid}.

Thanks to that you will start recording conversions in Voluum.

Please PM me if you will need some additional help.

Best regards,
