I was looking in the help files on Ad Mob for day parting but I couldn't seem to find it. D they have day parting on Ad Mob?

After you set up your campaigns & ad groups, you can send the info & day parting requirements to your non-existent Admob Ad Rep. They can set up day parting for you. However, note that their system won't automatically update when there is a time change, so you'll need to reach out to them again to update the settings.

That's if you get a hold of them in the first place...

I would recommend setting up the campaign & then trying to reach someone in Admob's support with this request. No telling if it'll actually happen.
