What is your personal testing strategy?

There are endless strategies so I'm very interested to see what each of your personal testing processes are in your particular vertical/traffic source.

Any additional info on your strategy would be great!

How do you research an offer/niche/GEO before you begin testing it?
What are your rounds of testing? How much money is spent between each round and what are you looking for?
How much data do you gather before you pause the traffic, analyze and tweak?
When analyzing the data, what kind of numbers are you looking for between each round? ROI, CTR, etc.

Would you change multiple variables between tests?
How aggressive are you in cutting and starting new campaigns?
Do you and at what point do you run a bot test? At what point are there too many bots?
Do you use Bayesian calculators?
How big of a factor is loading speed to you?

What factors are in your 80/20?
How many angles do you try at launch? How many before you cut the campaign?
How many landing pages will you begin with? Banners?
What information will you take from spy tools in your testing?
At what point would you decide it is not going to be profitable and cut the campaign?
