No conversions showing in Thrive? Anyone work with Software Projects?

I'm currently running on a native platform, and while all the information about the URL clicks is being posted back from the traffic source, no conversions are being shown or posted through from the Networks side, so I don't know which widgets are converting or which ones are bot traffic. I am currently using the variables from the network (Software Projects) in my postback, but no such luck, support seems to have no idea either:

http://xxxxxijdiwjdiwj.com/r/path/frame.php?tid={ORDERID}&offerid=1000&amount={COMMI SSION_AMOUNT}&subid={SUBID}&referrer={SUBID2}

You can use the following dynamic variables:
{SUBID} =SubID used when referring this visitor
{SUBID2} =SubID2 used when referring this visitor
{ORDERID} =Unique order ID
{PRODUCT_CODENAME} =Product code associated with this purchase
{COMMISSION_AMOUNT} =Commission amount
Any help would be much appreciated

You're not using the postback url, you are using the iFrame tracking pixel

You need: http://xxxxxijdiwjdiwj.com/r/path/postback.php?tid={ORDERID}&offerid=1000&amount={CO MMI SSION_AMOUNT}&subid={SUBID}&referrer={SUBID2}

To make sure your Sub IDs are correct. I.e. are they using Cake, HasOffers, Link Trust etc...

Also, show us how you have set the Offer URL
