Hi,

Just as a heads up, I have just had a high target placement audited on GT.

Told to remove every instance of the word FREE in my landing pages and can't say that any steps in the coreg process are required.

Maybe best to stop or avoid this if you want to push volume on coreg and comply?

Silverpath won't let you run pages with the word FREE neither

Will they let you run their path in an iFrame with something like this in the header:

Confirm your phone number. This is a required step to get your Free Gift Card.

Best bet is to ask your AM. That way you are covered and it is documented they ok'd it.

what he said ^

totally not worth it bro, best to just keep your shit in accordance. def should be running the stuff by your AM before pushing it, at least i would

FYI - i did get the pages approved by my AM, including the terms FREE.

I always keep everything above board. But this was totally unexpected. Perhaps I was unlucky, but I started pushing volume and got audited.

I'm thinking maybe, since their problems with compliance, high volume placements are getting audited now.

It was probably more the term FREE than putting "this is a required step"...that's my opinion but you should always run it by your rep first before you set it live or you may not get paid at all. I don't see how they would've approved that all just based on "FREE".

OK - Agreed, the term FREE probably was more the issue here.

FYI - I spoke with Silverpath and the part about the required step they didn't seem to think would be a problem when running their landers, which supports your opinion.

However, I do always run my landers by my rep, it would be stupid not to. I wasn't going to run 10 grand in monthly revenue and not get my pages approved. So your last point is redundant.

My AM noted I had all the necessary terms in there, so was fine to run with the pages, even with the word 'FREE' in.... that's until I got audited.
