Banned on the regular account, can I open a business manager account?

Hey,
my regular Facebook ads account was banned recently.
I've created a business manager account on the same facebook account since then, but I haven't added payment info yet.
Do you know if there are going to be any problems with running this account?
Should I create a brand new one?

Yes, it will get banned immediately

I second that ^^

You should think ahead - instead of burning your personal ad account and then try creating a business manager, go create a business manager, create 2 ad accounts and start running on them... Once both of them are burned you can still hop onto your personal ad account, but it requires you not to leave any footprint, so use different Page/CC for each ad accounts...

What is the reason for the ban?
If banned only a CC - you can appeal.

I ran a diabetes ad. My acc was banned after that.
I tried to appeal, but it didn't work out.

Keep trying... If it's policy violation, not much chance. If it's unusual activity you have MOAR chance so you can keep trying!
