I had a similar experience, long delays in conversions, hard to convert UC browser and opera mini traffic - I actually mostly just paused them...

One note for anyone who is about to try this, many networks have strict rules about hardcore promo materials. Not sure how you got away with this actually, kimia is one of those networks that don't allow hardcore promos for India, I guess you were cloaking.

I think that everyone knows that in India, a lot of the traffic generated UC browser and Opera. This very cheap traffic brought my campaign on a positive ROI.
I took dozens of offers with different networks and sat analyze statistics by criteria Carrier->Browser->Offer.
It was very difficult to find offers worked on UC or Opera browsers, but after I found a couple of good orrers, my campaign began generate a good revenue.

I chose offers for every Carrier->Browser.
Also i tried to divide the traffic in the proportions 80/20% that would be a backup plan if main offer stop working.

Important Notes:
- In this country conversion come with a huge delay and it is very important to choose the «right» affiliate network. Which stored logs for a long time and counted conversion even if they come after 1-2 weeks
- To get a lot of quality traffic, you need to take a top position in the source.
- Do not be afraid to put a price 2-3 times higher than network or manager said.
- Try to monetize cheap traffic that others do not know how to monetize.

I know you've decided to explore another vertical - but I'll share some of my experiences anyways. Perhaps you can revive some of your current camps.

Are you targeting just by carrier name? If so, try targeting by IP ranges - you can do that on Exo and Plugrush to potentially get better targeting to increase CR. You can also cut IP ranges that don't convert.

Also - there are lots more adult sources than the ones you've listed. If you explore the less-known sources, you can get sweeter ROI, and camps that remain profitable for longer. The downside is you won't get nearly as much traffic volume as Exo or Plugrush.

As you can see in the screenshot, I used not quite hard banners. And it all depends on offers. Some offers strictly prohibit any explicit material. And such offers I did not take a test.

You can download csv with all statistics by ip.
Find programmer, and write a script for sorting CSV by ranges.
