How to avoid the tracker url being banned on adwords

Hi,
I have a following issue.

I'm driving ads on the edge of the Adwords policy and sometimes I got my accounts banned.
I used to it and I just keep creating new ones.

The problem I have is that sometimes is blacklisted my tracking domain (domain where is my funnel flux tracker).

The moving of the tracker to new domain is huge pain in the ass.
When I did last time, I lost some valuable data. This is not a way I want to go,...

Do you have some tips how to avoid the tracking url being blacklisted?

Do you think the redirect from a dummy domain before the traffic goes to the tracker is a solution?

If your hosting allows it why not just to add another domain to the same hosting, this way both domains would use the same installation. You would not need to move anything.

PS: Your IP might be banned too so that might be a problem?

This you could solve by asking your hosting company for an new IP also?

Have you already tried CNAME-ing your funnel entrance URLs? (basically you can run each campaign through a different domain without having to move your tracker installation)
