Seeking some advice on how to run sweep on facebook. Does everyone just rip of landers from pop and use it for their landing page for sweep on facebook?

One important thing to mention: You'll most probably need to cloak, and still be prepared to lose some accounts.

You can either run questionnaires (they indeed look similar to the ones being used on pops) but I have also seen it work with farticles. When you run farticles it would be wise to run Pins. Leadgen can work but you will need a killer CTR and CR. For pins i would focus on AU and IE atm. UK used to be the biggest GEO's for pins on facebook but the regulators changed most of the flows since the beginning of November. And obviously CC submit sweeps are being ran a lot on fb.
