Does anyone have a preferred or a "best" social bookmarking software that's worth buying? I usually just buy from WF a few hundred at a time, but I'm not sure if it would be cheaper in the long run to just do them myself.
bookmarking demon is $4 per 1k and you can do a full 3-4k in 1 run on BMD. That would be a base cost of $12-16 total and a lot of bookmarks require 2 captchas and not 1 so your costs will be more.
Granted, not every single target requires a captcha and some dont require 2 ( 1 to register, 1 to post ).
Slick submitter is only $2 per 1k, but it has a monthly fee.
Personally, I would stick to the lower end providers on WF like moshin and a few others there and mix in some high quality ones from red virus
Thank you sir. I never really researched it enough to know that some were high quality and others weren't. Makes sense though. I'll be sure to mix it up.
I've used Bookmarking Demon before - it's very good software, but you then need to pay for captcha services if you don't want to sit there grinding away writing them in. You have to plan it out well - create dozens and dozens of gmail/other mail accounts and make separate social bookmarking site accounts from different IPs, then when submitting you have to spin your submissions a bit, mask them by adding in random bookmarks from RSS feeds, run through different IPs etc. Quite a lot of bookmarking sites decline your submissions if that specific URL has been submitted already.
Also, sites like reddit, delicious etc often update and then it takes a while for BD to get them added back in. The high Page Rank sites are far more important for getting backlinks.
I have Bookmarking Demon (and Article Demon) and I should be able to let you use my key if you want to test it out, I'll just have to check my emails as they sent something a few weeks back about new account restrictions - people were selling off codes and they had people activating on lots of computers. I think now they allow activation on 2 computers at any one time.
man. Thanks for the insight. I had no idea it was so much work on the back end (gmails, accounts, IPs), again it makes sense. I don't want to dedicate a lot of time to it so I'll probably just carry on paying a few bucks a shot. I appreciate the offer though!
Take advantage of the SENuke X 14 day trial. No initial fees and you get full access to the software which is very powerful.
You can just cancel after you do your bookmarking, article submission, etc.
Edit : You most likely will need a captcha service but that stuff is pretty cheap these days.
With some software you need to use specific captcha services they are compatible with, i think the main ones are decaptcher and deathybycaptcha. If used through specific software it often costs more as the software access it via API and add a surcharge to cream off some profits. Back when I did stuff I was paying $4 per 1000 I think.
