which is i want to know the differences between the wep and wap traffic and how to know what kind of traffic i'm sending through the pop and redirect traffic from propeller ads, popcash or popads.

WEB is desktop traffic, so people at their home computers or laptops. WAP is traffic coming from smartphones and tablets. NOTE: some networks put tablets in the WEB category, so better check with them, but usually, tablets are considered WAP too.
You need to choose what kind of traffic you want to buy, directly at the traffic source, when setting up the campaign. Every traffic source gives you the option to choose this.
It's also a good idea to verify this with your tracker, are you using any?
