Simple Trick that will increase your FB AD CTR

Hello STMers,
There is little and simple trick that can boost your ad CTR. It's additional CTA in your ad and I'm sure that some of you were not aware of it!
Let me show you avarage facebook ad(yeah I just submited STM forum as my url):

Under the Link Description there is url of your website that you can change. It's called Display URL.
But do you know you can change it to normal text?
You can change it to ANYTHING!

Go and create your new ad using this little trick before will be too late!

Data as in showing that this technique increases CTRs by 3-4%

But, don't make to many call to actions in one ad, it's too spammy. I prefer to use this space to create a "thrustworthy" link. Since some weeks I also notice Facebook is checking if the URL you are putting there is valid, if not, you can't even proceed to finish the ad

It's worth to splittest this ! Display Link as CTA or safepage url or some trusworthy link as gijs said

If it sounds too good to be true...it usually isn't true.

Would be good to see some stats and data on this because increasing your CTR with 3% to 4% percent is massive.
