Almost Screwed Up! What do you think?

Hey guys,

we haven't post for a while now but we worked a lot in the past months reaching a good $xxx.xxx/m revenue.

Now we have a problem, maybe just a mental one but we would love to hear your opinion about that.

As wrote in our follow along, my biz partner and I are doing pretty well with bizz opps, especially binary options. Yeah, you got it... I talk about all those offers like Profit Maximizer, Quantum Code, etc... that you can find on almost EVERY network.

Now, that's the situation:

- we have investigate more about those "companies", their model is always the same: they get a "make money quick" video, the collect the leads, they offer you a FREE trading software if you sign up through their affiliate link to a binary option broker.
- the person signup for free
- a call center and email marketing system start to call/email
- the person deposits $250+ and really likely loses everything (on some forum people claim the software did a on $250 bad trade, other claim they where making money and then they weren't able to withdraw the money)

Those offers, have all disclaimer saying stuff like: "the video character are actors and there are no guarantees you will make money"
Our advertorials have disclaimers saying stuff like: "this is advertising and everything stated is the page is for entertainment purposes and aims to show a potential success story..."

I am pretty sure you have seen these kind of "lad makes money" "Trump reveals how to make money" and so on...

Moreover, people started to post some of ours advertorials on blogs saying they are scams and blablabla...

So, here's the point... the questions we are struggling to answer ourself are:

- we do not really know what "these" funnels and then these brokers are gonna do afterwards with the leads we send them. We assume the affiliate networks did their due diligence about those company, so if we promote through a well known network we should not be liable if for example the profit maximizer offers turns into a real scam, right?

- we see everybody is stating in its advertorials "Trump says..." "Branson says..." and so on. How bad is that? I know this question might seem stupid because it's a fake endorsement from a celebrity. What I mean is... is there really someone going after using these statements in their advertorials? There are millions out there, and thousands of affiliate doing that, in every vertical...

- outside of US, have you ever heard of any regulatory institution going after these type of deceptive landings? And for after I mean if they are really investing resources into it or just checking the whois and the fuc* o**?

Basically we have white landers, grey landers and black landers, we want to scale hard but at the same time do not pass that line, if you know what I mean...

I can't go into detail - but depending on which body of regulation you are violating, you could have several agencies coming after you.

IRS isn't even a big deal if you're a US citizen. You mostly have to worry about the FTC along with another 3 letter agency I don't want to mention here.

-If you are caught, you will have to give up all your profits in exchange for no criminal jail sentence/or extradition. We can chat in private if you want to know more. I can't say much here.

-You will only attract attention if you are generating six figures or more a month. If you are this line - now is the time to be serious about everything.

-I have a lot of safeguard suggestions, I don't want to mention here. We can chat in private.

At this stage - just pay off a good lawyer, and be ready if something happens.
