Is there any way to "warm up" the acc so the impression would become > 0 ?)))

Hey! Just increase your potential reach(facebook advise min 1,000,000) and increase your bid amount to suggested bid.

@deniszhitnyakov your question makes no sense. If your impressions are 0 and never have run traffic before, this account is under manual review, IME 99% suspension is due. If you wanna warm up the account before running anything, just boost an existing post of an old page or launch BManager from business.facebook.com on an older and established personal facebook account.

Have you run any traffic in it?

Have you had any ads approved?

Have facebook sent you any noticies on your EMAIL?
