I want use collect emails from adword by landing page.
I want know , can i use any landing page for dont have problem with adword ? Or need respect some condition for they dont close my account?

To gather emails with adwords I would suggest to build out a properly site that has;
1. Terms & conditions
2. A professional looking logo
3. Contact us details
4. Pages of useful content for the user to utilise
5. Privacy terms
6. An actual reason for someone to share their email details with you and what they get in return
The above is some basic guidelines, however I suggest you go through the Google adwords policy which will be in more detailed.
If you decide to do the cowboy route by just doing a landing page and farming emails you will get locked off from Adwords.
You could do it the dodgy way, however ask yourself do you want to go through the headache of cloaking and all that stuff good luck.
If the above is not for you, then you could buy email lists from certified email gathering companies who specialise in that kind of thing and the specific markets you are trying to target. Example Dedicated Emails and there's more out there. Some on the forum will know more I assume.
However going this route from my knowledge YOU HAVE TO CLEAN THE LIST through a data validation service like xverify or datavalidation and mail from one domain when buying from those companies (They will explain their rules).
This will remove dead email addresses, email spam traps and complainers.
The above stage is a MUST or you will be blacklisted and kick off your email provider if you import an mail directly from the email provider to the list.
Once you clean your list you mail from your own server to see who is interested in what you have to offer.
The emails that display interest in you and your offering then it is wise to import them to your email provider.
Then you are off to the races
