Go2Mobi Dayparting function
Question 1: Say I'm targetting a geo such as Germany which the time zone is UTC+1. So under Go2Mobi's dayparting, when I'm selecting when I want to liven my campaign, should I pick 17:00 when I want to target their 18:00?
Question 2: Also, sometimes I'm not able to access Go2Mobi due to being at work, is there a way to tell Go2Mobi to only spend a certain amount? I often come back home and see the spend is already at $40, when I only want to spend $10,
Question 2.5: If I choose to target only 4 hours during the day, and the daily minimum budget is $50, will it spend $50 in that four hours?

Go2mobi shows the time zone they are using, it's right above the dayparting table. I see UTC there, not sure if it's the same for all accounts tho. Anyways, I'm in the same zone as Germany and the go2mobi time is indeed one hour less than I see here, so your calculation would be correct.

The minimum budget per day is $50 at go2mobi, you can't use anything lower. You can however limit the available volume by using the targeting options. For example, in case you will target just smartphones instead of smartphones+tablets, the received traffic will be lower. There are several options like this, that you can use. Lower bid will mean less traffic too.

Depends on the targeting and bid, in case there is enough volume available for your settings, then yes, they will spend the budget in those 4 hours.

Thank you matuloo, you are always the one to answer my questions.
I really dislike the $50 daily budget then, make me have to stand by the computer or whatever and stare at it before it spends too much...

Play with the targeting and bids, it's not hard to keep the spend low.
On a side note, it's always a good idea to watch campaigns when they start, so you can react quickly and adjust settings or pause if needed. Especially when you are starting out and cannot afford big loses.
