Bing Ads Campaigns - Brand Bidding
Hello
I am a newbie on AM. To get my feet wet i decided to lunch a couple of campaigns using Bing Ads as Traffic Source and Gaming ( MMO Games , browser games ) as Vertical .
I used keywords from the game name and tested some landing pages . I promote one game - one campaign - several landing pages, until i have a landing page winner .
I have some good results , the problem is that i got banned from 2 campaigns due to brand bidding by one affiliate network , because i can´t bid on keywords with the name of the game
that brought me the best results.
I need some help, in your opinion what is the best strategy for Bing Ads . Go to more general keywords that have traffic line "online games " for example and try to promote a game ?
Or there is another approach that i can test ?
Thanks !

Definitely don't bid on general keywords.
The brand bidding campaigns worked well, because people already knew the game and were looking for it, so the pre-selling was done by someone else.
You need to focus on long tail keywords that relate to the particular game you are promoting. You need to research what kind of players are the target market and target keywords that relate to them.
