Voluum not tracking anything
Just subscribed to Voluum last night and thought I set it up correctly.
I'm using the following:
Traffic - TONIC
Affiliate - YTZ
I added the post back URL to YTZ and included the SUB1 and REVENUE tags in the URL.
Then within TONIC I used the offer URL from YTZ and added the CLICKID.
Both TONIC and YTZ show results after almost 24 hours of running but Voluum shows absolutely nothing.
What am I doing wrong? I've read several guides on setting up but there seem to be infinite options so I'm sure I'm just missing something simple. Any ideas?
Thanks!

Could you post here for us your setup in Voluum and your postback setting in YTZ?
This information would be very helpful and more actionable for us to help you.
Thanks.

Sure my apologies as I typed in the previous message while on the go but now have had an opportunity to compile some screen shots.
Here is the URL I'm using with YTZ:
Within
Voluum here are the setup URLs:
Traffic source:
Offer:
Campaign:
and finally the Affiliate Network screen:
Again first time using this software and setting it up so I'm sure I just missed something that might be obvious to the veterans out there.
Thanks for your assistance!

what's the URL you are using in your traffic source? from your screenshots, it appears you are not using Voluum's campaign URL but YTZ's

Not sure exactly where I can enter that. If you're referring to the traffic source screen shot from
Voluum I didn't place anything there. Is that what I'm missing? There's an input for the the Postback URL and then a Pixel Redirect - is that what I should populate or elsewhere?
The
http://h8d.5256559.com/ is the link from YTZ if that helps.

I've verified all your screenshots to be correct.
Could you go check something? Log into YTZ and see if there are conversions being made. My guess would be that your postback settings in YTZ are incorrect. Could you please attach a screenshot of those?
Since you're using s1 for clickid, the postback you paste into YTZ's postback settings should look like this:
cfkke.voluumtrk2.com/postback?cid={SUB1}&payout={REVENUE}

Here is a screen shot of what I have set up in YTZ. And yes I do have a conversion there (first since restarting affiliate marketing two days ago!) but
Voluum shows neither visits, clicks, or conversions.

Can you elaborate and let me know what I should show? I'll provide a screen shot but just need to know which screen to share, thanks!

We want to see the URL that you used at the traffic source when setting up the campaign there.
BTW : track.shopzlot.com is your custom domain with
Voluum? I'm not sure about the use of subdomains in
Voluum, didn't try this yet.
And just to make sure, you see traffic reported in tonic and also see traffic reported in YTZ, and don't see any traffic in voluum. Or only conversions are not reported to voluum?

I believe you are not using the Voluum campaign link in your traffic source. instead you are using YTZs ( correct me if I'm wrong )

Exactly.
The only problem seems to be he's using the offer URL straight from YTZ when creating a campaign in Tonic.
Instead, he should use the campaign URL from
Voluum and it should be good to go?

Thank you all! Yes the problem was that I was using the link right from YTZ instead of the link that Voluum created. I did a test and immediately the visit appeared on my dashboard!
Of course I'll need to see if conversion and other information flows eventually but at least now I'm getting somewhere. I appreciate working with me through this!
