We are setting up FunnelFlux with Facebook. We read VitaVee post in here and we didn't understand one thing. Do we have to replace manually every token? Because that could be very massive, we're creating hundreds of ads with AdEspresso.
From VitaVee:
How else would you know what combination of Campaign / Adset / Ad your best ROIs are coming from? You will have to let FFlux know so she gives you the way to optimize.
Now with that said there is a lot of copy-paste amongst ad links. It's probably way quicker than you imagine. For instance, if you target Mob Males 30 to 40 for your Norway iPhone 7 promo and you make the following 3 camp/adsets for the demographic,
Camp 1: iPhone7_M3040mob - unemployed - ad
Camp 2: iPhone7_M3040mob - banker - ad
Camp 3: iPhone7_M3040mob - lawyer - ad
then, from Vitavee's post, FFlux will give you a link to place in Facebook like:
mydomain.com?flux_fts=MCMjMjIkJDEjIzU&flux_cpe=&ca mpaign=ENTER-CAMPAIGN&adset=ENTER-ADSET&ad=ENTER-AD&demographic=ENTER-DEMOGRAPHIC&placement=ENTER-PLACEMENT&interest=ENTER-INTEREST
You only need to edit this once before Facebook placement with the following for Camp 1:
mydomain.com?flux_fts=MCMjMjIkJDEjIzU&flux_cpe=&ca mpaign=camp-1&adset=adset1&ad=ad1&demographic=M3040&placement= Mob&interest=unemployed
Now you copy-paste the above two more times on your Campaigns 2 and 3 editing only the interest (last tracking field) like this:
mydomain.com?flux_fts=MCMjMjIkJDEjIzU&flux_cpe=&ca mpaign=camp-1&adset=adset1&ad=ad1&demographic=M3040&placement= Mob&interest=banker
mydomain.com?flux_fts=MCMjMjIkJDEjIzU&flux_cpe=&ca mpaign=camp-1&adset=adset1&ad=ad1&demographic=M3040&placement= Mob&interest=lawyer
Even with 100s of ads this should not take too long.
Ultimately with that kind of volume, why do you not consider hiring people to uploading ads?
Thanks for your reply, but it's not that easy. We are using AdEspresso, AE inserts some kind of ID in the AdSets, therefore we would have to change the URL of almost everything after submitting ads. Not that good.
