Can anybody advise good tools to run a Facebook "Contest & Pick a Winner"?
Any tools to count "SHARE" clicks from FB in order to increase chances to win for participants?
Own Facebook app for the whole setup + contest. But if you want to make it legit make sure that you're doing everything as facebook want it. Real contest and picking winners on facebook is not just share post and go
I found a nice info-graphics that you might find useful. Facebook has rules for contests, if you break them, they can revoke your likes or take other measures. There are people who will happily report you in case you are breaking the rules - happened to me personally
