Easiest if you use an MCC and generate accounts under that. Getting an MCC is as easy as signing up for one tbh (depending on your location). You can also buy accounts via CL or classifieds. Target Small business owners for that. Just make sure your hosting solution is solid and that you cannot be traced by campaign and you should be good to go. Happy to help on skype as well.
