Real Estate Leads + Facebook Traffic = $$$

Hi STMers,

So I ran this test campaign for a real estate company in Bangalore. This was an affiliate lead gen campaign. I have a formal agreement with them that I will get paid per sale 2% commission if a sale happens. Considering Real Estate sales take 4 weeks to 6 months time, I planned to spend 50k INR ($900) in this camp and see how it goes.



This is my first time running an affiliate camp for a real estate company. If I get 1 sale also I will make 10,000% ROI considering what I am spending. (Property cost = 1Cr ($150k), commission = 2% ($3k))

As a test campaign, I spent 4k INR (60$) and got 38 leads, cost per lead around 110 INR (1.8$).

Tomorrow my call center guys will start calling, since its FB Form Leads I am assuming a low conversion rate, lets see what happens, I will update the progress here. If I get 5 physical site visits I will scale the spend and optimize the cost per lead a bit more.

Targeting - People who like luxury brands, Affinity to high value Goods , High Income Level
Age - 30+

As a backup plan, if no sales happen via this company I still think this camp will make me money, here is how , after my call center has processed the leads, I will have highly qualified real estate data which any broker or real estate company would buy at premium prices. So I think I have a viable business model here. Acquire leads from fb, qualify them and sell to brokers/real estate agents/real estate companies = $$$ in bank.

Yeah this is not a typical affiliate campaign - but def a great idea to try!

One suggestion tho: You may wanna test more than just 1 ad... Come up with more images, add colors to make them stand out more.

Have you checked out other real estate ads? Definitely do some research.

Yes this is just 1 test ad, I will be posting multiple ads of-course and test out which one has lowest CPA.
