Vital campaign information such as bid showing up in spy tools

Hello,

My vital campaign information --- my bid being the most glaring ---is showing up in my urls on Adplexity. I reached out to Voluum support to figure out how to curtail this issue.

I was told that double meta refresh should hide it, although it wasn't guaranteed.

Turns out that this wasn't the right solution. I like Voluum but, as a non-techical newbie trying to learn the ropes, I am concerned as I am vulnerable as hell with this hanging out there in the public.

Is there any other solution?

This is news to me!

AFAIK, there's no way for Voluum to know what your bid is unless you're passing costs from the traffic source back to Voluum. (Exception being ZP but only because they're the same company as Voluum.)

So if you stop passing costs to voluum, wouldn't the problem be solved?

Actually now it makes sense why most traffic sources don't pass out cost data - at least part sense.
As Vortex pointed out, you can stop sending cost data altogether -> your problem is solved

Yes, this happens when traffic source sends costs in the tokens. Once Adplexity adds option to filter by bid, it will get interesting/tough. :-/
