Do they need that nowadays?
When I tested them last year (they were probably more underground then now) I just set up a Skype call and we had a short chat, after that they enabled a 7 day or so trial without any issues.
They don't work with much of anything anymore from what I've heard. All their IP's are more botnets and proxies and datacenters than real residential.
Use Affiliate Stealth instead.
