Voluum not tracking revenue

Hi Guys,

For some reason Voluum isn't tracking revenue from my affiliate network, it tracks the costs but doesn't show the revenue so its impossible for me to do any optimizing.

I did insert ?s1={clickid} at the end of my affiliate networks tracking link after the forward slash (/)

I also added cid ={SUB1}&payout={REVENUE} at the end of my post back URL but its still not tracking revenue. I can only see costs in Voluum and doesn't show any of my conversions or revenue.

Any ideas on how to fix this.

Can you confirm the tokens you need to use for your postback are SUB1 and REVENUE?
You can always add conversions manually so the data you already bought doesn't go to the trash can.

Ask your AM with that network if they pass payout at all and in case they do, ask if {revenue} is the righ one to use.

Please also double-check that you have Voluum set to auto payouts instead of manual - check the offer settings - there is a payout option: manual/auto, in case of manual setting, you gotta set the value yourself.
