Physical shop

Hi, I need some informations.
I just started affiliate marketing and I'm running offers but while doing this I started to think about my physical business(a shop that I own).
I read about funnels and I'm starting to develop my website.
Now I'd like to know how can I advertise in my geo the link that point to my shop's website. Can I do this or I have to publish an offer on the network?
Should I sign up on others website or I can do this through go2mobi for example?
Should I sign up as advertise somewhere?

Thank you

In case you want to advertise your brick & mortar shop on the internet you NEED precise location targeting - or at least keyword based targeting. You don't want to advertise to users from a city that is 200km away from you, they simply won't travel to shop with you. Best bet is to try facebook ads for this. go2mobi is totally out of question for this. You can also do it with adwords by choosing keywords related to your town or region. The same applies to any local ad networks that allow region or keyword targeting.

What kind of shop do you have?

Thank you for your reply

Well if people need to physically go to a store to buy, then you should really focus on channels that have precise geotargeting or vertical aggregators/directories + or geo term with search for new customer acquisition + and really double down on retention marketing for existing customers, e.g. via an email list, social, etc.

Definitely NOT Go2Mobi.

Adwords also works pretty well for local targeting. For your use case I'd say it'd be close to perfect - target keywords like "organic YOURTOWN", "organic food YOURTOWN" and so on, then drill down into longer-tail keywords like "grass fed beef YOURTOWN", "grass fed butter YOURTOWN", "no-GMO rice YOURTOWN", etc. Basically, just spam in keywords for everything that's popular in your shop (then prune carefully, and use negative keywords to filter out all the useless clicks) - and any time a customer asks "do you have X? " and the answer's yes, add it immediately!

Adwords campaigns like this take longer to dial in than Facebook campaigns, but they tend to have very, very, VERY high purchase intent.

Don't neglect local SEO either - whilst global SEO is pretty competitive, local SEO is often much less so, and you can get big wins with comparatively small amounts of effort.

Why incurring all the extra cost a physical store brings with it if you have the knowlegde, products and logistics in place to sell online?

In case I understand this right, the OP is starting in AM pushing standard affiliate offers, so not products that he sells in his offline shop, and he plays with the idea whether he could also promote his offline activities. So he doesn't really have the knowledge to sell online, YET.

On top of that, ton's of people still shop offline and will continue to do so. Organic food is a growing biz, so in case it works for him, I would certainly not abandon the offline operation too.

I am pretty sure the amount of organic products sold to consumers via physical retail stores is at least 900% larger than the value of organic products sold to consumers via online only stores.

OP, I do think there may be a business opportunity to create an online directory for organic retailers. Just sayin'

If you're trying to bring walk-in traffic to a local shop... focus ONLY on Facebook. There's nothing else you need. What you want to focus on is Branding within a core local community.

So first figure out exactly who that community is, then narrow down their demographics.

Target:
- the right age/sex etc...
- categories that fit your niche
- then create a video ad thats worth sharing within that community. Focus the film on the local community! Video is favoured by Facebook right now and is a lot more "shareable" than an image ad.
