Well, just spent an hour on the phone with a bunch of people speaking broken English trying to sort out why I have no internet connection. Did all the usual before calling them... reboot, reset, unplug etc...
Then, even after doing all this again, and more with a call operator - who checked several times there was no work being carried out on the line - pushed my problem up to the Priority Team... who made one call and said there was a technical issue on the line and a team of engineers had been working on it for the last 2 hrs...
BUT... the twist to the story is - I tried to access several sites all the way through the phone calls - PoF, Facebook, my own sites, networks etc.... and nothing. But the STM Forum kept rocking (hosted by BH I believe)...
Hence posting this now. So despite technically having no internet connection, their servers are somehow pushing the information through. Of course I didn't tell the technical people this, as how do you explain 1 site works but you can't get any other site on the net to show... Their manual doesn't have an answer for that...
I pray to the data gods everyday that my connection stays up long enough to get work done lol

oh and its a dns issue lol thats the only thing that would cause that.
