One addition that you might consider adding, which is similar to Founders Workbench:

Clerky - https://www.clerky.com/offerings
They offer a way (easiest I've seen) to incorporate as a Delaware C-corp - then expand into post-incorporation, equity distributions, seed financing WHEN you are ready. Unfortunately, they don't have the other other legal forms like NDA's, Founder Agreements, and the such that the others offers you listed do, however one can easily accomplish that via ShakeLaw - https://www.shakelaw.com/
