Hey guys,
I recently started a new network, primarily focusing on banner and email traffic.
atm. we have 40 active affiliates, but only 5-10 is delivering traffic.
Most of our offers is sweepstakes and binary/forex.
I'm couries what affiliates looks for, when starting up with a new network?
- Payment terms?
- Many offers/Quality offers?
- Many verticals/focusing on a few verticals?
- Weekly newsletter?
- Other things?
Thanks!

I look at you. My primary concern is your ability to pay me. On time. Every time.
- Who is your investor, what is your cash flow situation likely to be.
- Are you successful? Where you an outstanding affiliate or built an interesting business previously?
- Who is your business development manager? What do the offers say about him when I ask for an opinion of the network? Does he have a reputation that will get you cap
- How experienced are your affiliate managers? Do they know their shit, or have you just hired a load of instagram models
- What country is your business incorporated in. Could I theoretically sue you if things went wrong.
- What does your office look like, have you invested in your people.
- Timezone (I find it hard to work with american networks due to being in Thailand)
- What offers do you specialise in, would prefer to see two or three strong niches instead of a load of random ones
