I'm about to start my first Popunder campaign, (Actually me second, but the first was months back) and need some help with the setup!
I'm promoting a Sweepstake offer (Win an iPhone), but need some advice to get the best results!
Country: AU, UK, NZ, NL, BE, BR

Yes, your choose is good, but BR works not so good now and it will be difficult to achieve a good ROI without a lot of money. I recommend to start with: Popads, Propellerads, Clickadu.
Average CPM will be good like 1.5-2$
Try Android Smartphones - they convert so good for me.

You chose quite advanced GEOs, people usually start in Asian countries or Latam, you might want to reconsider your GEO selection. I have to agree with mrbraun that BR is complicated, that GEO is always a mystery to me - they click, clicks are cheap but it's harder to convert. Anyways, whatever GEOs you choose, don't start with that many at once. Pick one or two.
"Win iPhones" usually work better with smartphone traffic, I would stay away from desktop.
Android is the most targeted, partly due to the market share in cheaper GEOs. But iOS can work too.
Start with all browsers as mrbraun suggested and then block those that dont work. For example opera mini sucks quite often. If you want to limit targeting, pick android native browser along with chrome and safari (if you are gonna target iOS too), those usually work the best.
