I've gotten a lot of ads approved and when submitting the exact same ones again in different countries or changing just a few things (i.e. the picture, ad text, header) I can't seem to get them approved anymore.
"The content of your ad or Sponsored Story does not adequately reflect the product or service advertised. Before resubmitting it, please visit our Help Center for additional information and examples compliant with our Advertising Guidelines."
Are there any tips or simple ways to get around this? Maybe use the same website name in the ad header? Or would it help by just including a line from the website in the ad copy?

Submit some ads that point to local businesses and see if they approve them.
Also if it's something that follows their TOS, don't be afraid to contact them and let them know. They'll fix it for you.
That seems to be the blanket response FB gives on ads they just don't care for. Try resubmitting a few variations to find out what the offending ad component might be.

Also you can just try resubmitting the same ad the next day if you think it's a fair ad and not against the TOS, 50% of the time it'll end up being approved then 2nd time
