So with everyone hitting mobile, 50onred, and a few other ( will not name ) traffic sources, I decided to take a left and go in the opposite direction.
I fired up my cloaker that I used on Facebook and Adwords back in the day and retooled it some and got it running with a search campaign and display campaign on Adwords for diet rebill.
I am rotating out a flog and a farticle ( the typical ones, nothing new ) with a rotation of Acai/HCG and colon/flush products. Its the same shit you would have seen in 2008/2009.
Im getting traffic and a good ctr from the ad to the LP, but I am not seeing any clicks from the LP to the offers though, Im talking 0. I checked them myself and all are working and I can rule out network shave/scrub on the clicks since im using diff networks and offers.
Do you guys thinks that people are just too wise now to the flog and farticle setups?
Has anyone still tried to run these to this day, in the USA that is?
Are you running this on Search Or Display?
1 campaign on search, 1 on display.. short answer both, long answer as sep campaigns
targeting a handful of top diet KWs in the USA
I have ran outside the usa and got clicks....
^^ I am thinking I may need to run outside USA.
Not because of competition within the USA, but because the user base has been so heavily abused already to the product and advertising.
Are you certain everything has been verified? Zero clicks LP seems to be more than strange to me. Have you tried Canada?
How long are people staying on the page? Does it look like they're actually reading through the blog/article, or are they closing it soon after arriving? That would seem to be pretty key info in establishing whether are believing your lander or not.
Zero clicks is odd -- even some fraction of people not buying into your LP would click through to the product page out of sheer curiosity. How many LP views so far?
Eliquid try to install one of the site script's where you can watch the visitor and see when they leave the site.
On the other hand, I'm pretty sure mostly everyone has seen the type of lander in the US. My guess would be to have 3 different variations and test those. It's odd that you aren't receiving any clicks.
I've been running off and on the past couple weeks in US and a bit intl, for things goog doesn't like, similar to what you're doing. I am getting click throughs, but landing page CTR's are much lower of course than back then. ha, figured I'd try though.
