Using Multiple Facebook Pixels On Shopify Site (1)

I have a Shopify site that features a bunch of random unrelated products similar to wish.com using a flash sale type strategy. Currently, I am building up just 1 facebook pixel for my Shopify site. The problem is that since I have a bunch of random products that dont relate to each other, my facebook pixel won't be able to target my buyers correctly.

For example, if I had product A that has a demographic of males 55+ and product B with a demographic of females 21-35, my facebook pixel would be gathering conflicting data and won't be able to optimize correctly. (unless I am mistaken)

What I would like to do is create multiple facebook pixels for each category/niche of products that I feature on my shopify site. For example...
Use facebook pixel A for category A
Use facebook pixel B for category B
Use facebook pixel C for category C
etc

Does anyone know how to do this or is there a better way to achieve this?
