Hey - check out Blue Hornet, iContact, I've also used Message Gears in the past as well for ESP services. Constant Contact is good too but very strict.
Also, if you're looking for high converting biz op or binary offers sign up with us at Adsimilis here: http://myadsimilis.com/affiliate_signup.aspx
LMK when you do and I'll get you approved. Talk soon!

How do you define high volume? How many emails send out per month?
The service that best suits you will depend heavily on the volume you send out. Low volumes (less than 250K emails send out per month) are best carried out with Mailchimp. If your volume is higher, then other solutions are better (emailvision, cheetahmail, etc)

Are you sure that mailchimp accepts bizop? I think that they don't like such campaigns

Yes, they do as long as your list is opt-in to this kind of campaigns. Mailchimp mainly looks at the bounce rate (hard), complaint rate and unsubscribe rate in order to determine whether something is spam or legid email marketing

I'd steer clear of Mailchimp personally. Too many people have lost their lists on there after the Chimp discovered they were running affiliate campaigns.
Sometimes you'll fly under the radar, but probably better to go to a provider that doesn't explicitly ban affiliate marketers from their service.
If you do decide to go with Mailchimp, back up your lists daily at least.

I'm sending the emails through Amazon SES - and I use a wordpress plugin called MyMail to manage my lists / autoresponders as this plugin can be connected to my Amazon SES account.
I've tried several other services but I'm getting better results with this setup.

Hello,
There are a lot of email services for high volumes you can start using. Check MailChimp, Aweber, Doctorsender.

I've tried Doctorsender.
REALLY long setup time. In my case, delivery was bad (Around 2-3%OR). I do not recommend them.

I've chosen getresponse for my blog. Looks like a pretty powerful tool, tho I didn't explore all options yet. The basic stuff is easy to handle and setup. There is also a pretty good looking template editor ... so far so good, we will see after a longer use.

I just got back from a long vacation and saw all the messages, thank you guys for the support. Bizop is a tough industry for email marketing I can probably send 200K emails a day all signup on my forms

I can recommend high volume mailing platforms that cost $1200+/mo... You just FTP your email in, and off it goes.
Isn't Dr. Sender like super expensive? I couldn't justify the numbers when I looked it over.

I'm now using Mautic (https://www.mautic.org/) it's open source marketing automation software, impressed so far. It does everything you would expect for getresponse, mailchimp, aweber and then it goes further to include more complex decision tree automation like you would expect from Ontroport, Hupspot.
The great thing is you dont have to worry about your account getting closed since you host the software. Then you just use any STMP service like Amazon SES or SendGrid.

Huge DB of emails that you bought for a couple $ is simply a spam list and by sending emails to it, you are risking to break the laws of some countries. The quality of such a list will be horrible too, you should think twice before mailing to it.

Since the people didn't optin, it's a spam list, nothing more

I guess you harvested these with some scrapper or auto-generated them, one way or another, the quality is going to be very low and I would be cautious with it. It's up to you obviously, just wanted to warn you

Friend Trust me the list is not generated or scraped. The question is suppose i have good list but they're not subscribed then what's the problem to send them via any email service like aweber or self hosted?

Please tell me how I can obtain a list of millions of emails that did not subscribe or optin for anything. I can only think of scrapping, autogenerating, purchasing a spam list or purchasing it from someone who hacked some service ... either way, it's not I would want to deal with

don't know why you worry so about "list type". ok let's say it's scraped so The question is if list is not subscribed and if i send via online service like aweber or my self hosting then is there any way those service will know that my list is not subscribed or only they know once i'll start sending and if list is bad and people marking spam or not hitting inbox or bounce rate is high.

I do care, because I don't like to be lied to
There is no way to tell if an email is subscribed to something or not, just by looking at the address. However, the provider that you want to use has to allow list "importing" and I seriously doubt any whitehat email provider will just allow you to import "millions" of addresses without asking for some proof that you have the users permissions to email them.
The only option for you, is to use some blackhat mailing providers or use a selfhosted solution on a bulletproof hosting. Just so you know, it's not easy to send out millions of emails just like that ... it's a pretty resource heavy task and takes a long time to finish.

Any good service with API support for autoresponders besides GetResponse? They seem like the only ones who have a useable and easy-to-use API for this.

BUMPing the questions. Could someone recommend a good mailing service?
I need it to have autoresponders and an API to generate these autoresponders automatically.

Hi vitavee, thanks so much. Your reply is like 3 years ago but still very valuable as of today.
May I know are u still using this setup? And can amazon ses do auto tagging ?
I search around for quite a while, I am using Wordpress s2member and I want paid user to be moved into another chain of email autorepsonder and receives different email loop..
Is there a way/ plugins u using currently to solve this pls? Not necessary using s2member. Just something that achieve the same goal
Thanks so much
