simply put, we could use Attilas words here, it's clearly not working and you need to try something else

Now the task is to identify why it's not working.

The main 3 factors could be :

Banners - you picked the ones provided by the network. Usually these SUCK Even if they could be good when the offer was fresh, they are most likely saturated by now. Definitely try more banners, rip some from adplexity for example or make variations on your own.

LPs - Again, you got them from the network and they most likely suck. Just to make sure, they actually gave you LPs that you host on your own or you are talking about "offer URLs" that you are sending traffic to? One way or another, you need to get good LPs, without those, you have no chance to see green.

Offer - these days, the offer itself is the most important part of the funnel. If you have a bad offer, not even the best banner/LP combination will help you.

I would start here, get in touch with your AMs and ask about offers to try.

As matuloo mentions, check per step what is going on;
"~171k impression; 3,395 Clicks (Average CTR ~2%); and ZERO conversions."
The clicks, are these clicks to prelander or to the offer? This is crucial. Let's say its 3395 clicks to prelander, only 30 to the offer-> no conversions is quite logic so you can't blame the offer yet. If you got 50k to prelander and 3395 to the offer, it's defo the offer lol.

Hello! Nice to see your topic here.

I just want to say: Try more offers. Set at least 3-5 to the split-test. Also with landers. Test different landers with different angles. And often affiliate network's banners give me a very bad result because a lot of people use them. Try to create more banners with different angles.

I don't want to say that Adcash is shit, but I haven't any good result with this source and all of my friends. May be you should change your source.
