Hi guys,

These are newbie questions?

1) Why when I use tools like whatrunswhere to spy banner ads on a site like pornhub, I get a little data but when I enter the site manually I see a lot of ads?

2) How can you block spying tools for seeing your ads, is that even doable?

Not all tools are perfect and I think WRW isn't exactly focused on adult, adplexity adult would be a better pick for you. On a side note, in case you don't need to see carrier targeted data, all you need to spy on adult sites is a VPM that will cost you about $10 bucks per month. It's quite easy to spy in adult because there is a limited amount of large site that pretty much everyone is targeting, so check out pornhub, youporn, redtube, xhamster, xnxx, xvideos ... and you will have a VERY good idea about what is running in adult right now

Blocking spytools is hard as they are getting more and more advanced. You would basically need to know the IPs that they are using and block them. It would be a never ending battle with questionable outcome. Nevertheless, I know that some large players are cloaking their campaigns just because of this.
